General Questions
What platforms does Product Data Boost support?
Product Data Boost currently supports WooCommerce stores with full integration. Support for Shopify and Odoo is coming soon. If you need integration with another platform, please contact our sales team.
How does the AI enrichment work?
Our AI analyzes your existing product data (names, descriptions, attributes) and generates enhanced versions. It identifies key product features, standardizes attribute formats, and creates SEO-optimized content while preserving factual accuracy. The original data is always kept for comparison.
Is my product data safe?
Yes, absolutely. Your original product data is never modified or deleted. We store both the original and enriched versions separately. You maintain full control over which version to use. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data.
Do I need technical knowledge to use Product Data Boost?
No technical expertise required! The setup process is straightforward: install the plugin, enter your API key, and enrichment happens automatically. Our intuitive dashboard makes it easy to review and manage your enriched products.

How much does Product Data Boost cost?
We offer flexible pricing plans based on your catalog size and enrichment needs. Visit our pricing page for current plans and features. We also offer a free trial to test the platform.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! New accounts receive free enrichment credits to test the platform. This allows you to experience the quality of AI-enriched content before committing to a paid plan.
What happens if I exceed my monthly enrichment limit?
The monthly limit is set to 10.000 products, and resets every month. This limit is pretty generous and usually enough for most stores. If you need more, reach out to us.
Why not a subscription?
For this kind of service, we believe a pay-per-use model is more fair and transparent. You only pay for what you use, with no hidden fees or recurring charges.
What is the money back guarantee?
If you are not happy with the results, we offer a full refund within the 30 days of your first payment.

As part of the process, we will restore the already enriched products to their original state, we will refund your payment and the bought credits will be drawn from your account.
Product Enrichment
How long does enrichment take?
Most products are enriched within 10 seconds to one minute. Complex products with extensive attributes may take slightly longer. Large catalogs are processed in batches to ensure quality.
Can I re-enrich a product?
Yes! You can manually trigger re-enrichment for any product at any time. This is useful if you've updated the original product data and want fresh AI-generated content. Each re-enrichment counts as a regular enrichment, so it consumes one credit.
What if the AI-enriched content isn't accurate?
AI works best with complete, accurate source data. If enriched content isn't meeting expectations: 1) Improve your original product descriptions, 2) Re-enrich the product, 3) Review and adjust before publishing. You always have full control and can keep using your original data.
Does enrichment work for all product types?
Yes! Our AI handles all product types including physical products, digital goods, services, and more. It's particularly effective with consumer goods, electronics, fashion, home goods, and other common e-commerce categories.
Will enrichment improve my SEO?
We believe it does! It's not a guarantee as the actual ranking agorithms are proprietary and SEO ranking takes into consideration multiple things, most of them not being in our control. But it's well known that search engines reward complete, unique, well-structured product data and penalizes slim or duplicate content. Our AI generates unique descriptions for each product, extracts key attributes that search engines index, and formats content according to SEO best practices.
Integration & Setup
How do I connect my WooCommerce store?
It's simple: 1) Create a Product Data Boost account, 2) Add your store, 3) Install the WordPress plugin, 4) Enter your API key in the plugin settings. See our Installation Guide for detailed steps.
Do I need to keep the plugin active?
Yes, the plugin should remain active to sync product updates automatically. If you deactivate it, new products won't sync and changes to existing products won't be reflected in the enrichment platform.
Can I connect multiple stores?
Yes! You can connect and manage multiple stores from a single Product Data Boost account. Each store gets its own API key and can be switched between via the dashboard. Perfect for agencies or multi-store owners.
What data is synced from my store?
We sync product names, short descriptions, long descriptions, and attributes. Product images, pricing, and inventory data are not synced. We only need the text content to perform enrichment.
Technical Questions
What are the minimum requirements?
For WooCommerce:
• WordPress 5.0 or higher
• WooCommerce 3.0 or higher
• PHP 7.4 or higher
• HTTPS/SSL enabled
• Outbound HTTPS connections allowed
Does the plugin slow down my site?
No. The plugin is lightweight and all heavy processing happens on our servers, not yours. Product syncing happens asynchronously in the background without impacting your site's performance or customer experience.
Is there an API for custom integrations?
Yes! We provide a REST API for developers who want to build custom integrations. API documentation is available in your account dashboard. Contact our support team for API access and documentation.
Can I export enriched product data?
Currently, enriched data is viewable in your dashboard and can be synced back to your store via the plugin. Bulk export features (CSV, JSON) are planned for a future release.
