Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the software, applications, and services provided by CSV HOLDING SRL via Product Data Boost (the "Services") is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. These terms come into effect and are legally binding the moment you create an account on our platform.

2. The Credit System

Product Data Boost operates on a prepaid credit-based system.

• Purchasing: Credits are purchased by volume with a minimum order of 100 credits. Beyond the minimum, credits can be purchased in increments of 1.
• Usage: Credits are consumed based on the volume and type of product data enrichment performed.
• Expiration: Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, credits do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing.

3. Billing via Merchant of Record

All payments and billing operations for Product Data Boost are handled by Paddle.

• Merchant of Record: Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns.
• Payment Processing: By purchasing credits, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions in addition to this Agreement. Your financial data is processed securely by Paddle and is not stored directly on CSV HOLDING SRL servers.

4. Integration and Service Usage

Product Data Boost offers a service for enriching ecommerce product data.

• Compatibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your ecommerce store or database is compatible with our service.
• Responsibility: While we use advanced algorithms to enhance data, CSV HOLDING SRL cannot be held responsible for downtime, security complications, or data conflicts that may occur within your store environment during or after the enrichment process.

5. Refund and Rollback Policy

We stand behind the quality of our enrichments. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• The Rollback: To qualify for a refund, we will perform a rollback of our enrichments, reverting your data to the state it was in the first time you ran an enrichment via our platform.
• Credit Refund: Upon a successful rollback, we will refund the value of both your used and remaining credits.
• Exclusions: Credits received for free (e.g., promotional credits, trial credits, or bonuses) are strictly non-refundable and will be forfeited upon account closure or refund request.
• Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the firt purchase.

6. AI-Enabled Enrichment

Product Data Boost utilizes AI and machine learning to process and enhance data.

• Accuracy: You acknowledge that AI-generated content may require human oversight. CSV HOLDING SRL does not guarantee 100% accuracy of enriched data and recommends reviewing outputs before live deployment.
• Usage Limits: We reserve the right to limit AI-related processing if usage is deemed abusive or outside the scope of standard ecommerce operations.

7. Termination

• By You: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting your account. Please note that deleting an account without requesting a refund (where applicable) results in the forfeiture of remaining credits.
• By CSV HOLDING SRL: We may terminate your access without notice if you fail to pay fees, violate these terms, provide illegal/offensive content for enrichment, or engage in abusive behavior toward our staff.

8. Data Privacy and Indemnity

• Prohibited Data: You shall not share any personal data (PII) with Product Data Boost other than what is required for account management (email/billing).
• Product Data Only: The service is intended strictly for product-related data. You shall fully indemnify CSV HOLDING SRL for all costs and damages associated with the accidental or intentional submission of personal data within your product feeds.

9. Limitation of Liability

Except in cases of intentional misconduct, CSV HOLDING SRL accepts no liability for any damages caused in connection with the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, failure to operate, lost revenue, or missed profits resulting from enriched data quality or service interruptions.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Romanian law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement must be brought before the competent courts in Iași, Romania.
